Where is my $$$ thief?

I wake up to my instagram blowing up about my Aaliyah art being sold by someone else. They allegedly steal other people's art and photos and sell it on their website http://rebelliousroyalty.storenvy.com/products I didn't see this on their website but I did get a chance to hear their defense. They googled it which makes it theirs lol. And other stuff they "payed" for. No one paid me for it, I can only assume this person is very inexperienced and doesn't know anything about copyrighting. I can't imagine how blurry their art must be since it's all stolen from the internet at 72 dpi.You can read the conversations here they're quite funny. They paid some guy for the rights to use my art lol.
